When Quality Crosses the Threshold

When quality crosses
the threshold

It’s not a surprise to us that the work of the ThresholdImpact VMS is known throughout North America as one of the finest VMS chapters operating. As another year of false summits, challenging constraints, additional waves, and deepening discontent are upon us, your work in and support of VMS is nothing short of a torch in the dark.

You are a reminder that when good people come out of the storm, to talk about what is really going on, the finest outcome begins to emerge.

Of all the projects that Roy Group is a part of, our work with ThresholdImpact VMS fills an appetite for us. Our work with you fills an appetite to work with incredible people.  It fills an appetite to equip an increasingly complex world with its next generation of Mentors.  And it fills an appetite to be part of something that is most notable in its quality.

When Quality Crosses the Threshold

When quality crosses the threshold —
everything changes.
Expectations reset. Standards rise.
Behaviours sharpen.

People lift their heads.
People start caring —
more than they have to.
They begin playing for each other.

The people who quality was made for — heal.
Those who toiled to create it — also heal.
Quality reminds us we are important.
We shape quality and it shapes us.

Those who create quality
understand the impact they need to make.
They know how empty it feels
if the need remains unmet.

They are quietly convinced
by what they are providing to the world.
They choose exquisite components
with a high degree of discretion.

And are endlessly curious
about how they are hitting the mark -
or missing it -
just a bit.

They love what they have built.
So they tear it apart
to build it back again,
even better.

And they know that
if the piece that is in front of them
doesn’t mean something -
then it doesn’t mean anything.

When quality meets adversity -
it becomes even more determined to get through.
It whispers, ‘I am not the weak link, here -
are you?
